This Privacy Policy sets out how satoshivo ("we") collects, processes and safeguards personal data when you use and the Services. Our role is the data controller for that information.
Data we collect. Names, emails, nationalities and similar identity data plus verification files mandated by law. We also keep: execution and account history, device logs and helpdesk threads. For EU/UK users: performing the contract, legal duty, plus legitimate interest.
Use of data. Running your account, settling positions, meeting compliance, fighting fraud, platform security, and opt-in product messages carrying an instant opt-out.
Who sees data. Data reaches only operating vendors (custody, payments, KYC), regulators on lawful demand, and anonymized metrics. No sale of personal data.
Storage & safety. We retain data through account lifetime and statutory windows (often five to seven years for transactions). Safeguards: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in motion plus ISO 27001-audited access controls.
Your rights. Access, fixes, export, deletion and objection rights can be exercised through [email protected]. We answer within the legally set windows.
